October 9 – VIP Networking Party and speaker registration 7 pm, San Diego Convention Center
October 10 – Speaker registration in Ballroom 6 lobby from 7 am – 5 pm
October 10 – Sunset VIP Networking Party
October 11 – Speaker registration in Ballroom 6 lobby, check-in opens at 6:30 am
All speakers are asked to check in for the event at least two hours before their session time.
Your Presentation (top)
By way of reminder, we are asking that your presentation be non-promotional and original content created uniquely for this event.
Slides Due Date
Please submit a PowerPoint or Keynote of your finalized slides here by Monday, October 3rd.
All sessions are 45 minutes long.
- Welcome from Emcee including speaker introduction (1 min)
- Presentation (43 mins)
- Wrap up from Emcee including housekeeping (1 min). NOTE: We will not have Q&A from the stage. Instead, we will encourage people to find you on the networking breaks.
Please plan on arriving at the tech table at least 15 minutes prior to your presentation to get mic'ed up. If you would like to get mic'ed up earlier, please let Lori know.
Speakers: We have limited rehearsal time slots on Sunday afternoon. If you would like to rehearse, please send Lori your arrival time and she can get that arranged.
To create a consistent visual experience we have created a slide template (you may also use your own template). A few notes about your slides:
- Slide format should be a 16:9 aspect ratio
- If you have videos or media embedded in your presentation, please send those as individual files as well.
- Please work with the AV tech during rehearsal to test any videos, web pages, animations, etc.
- We provide a pdf of your slides to attendees via our secure site. If you have questions about this please let us know.
Last minute change to your slides? Please visit Lori in the Staff room, room 4. The day before your session is the latest changes can be made to your slides. (Example: If you speak Monday, we need changes by Sunday noon. If you speak Tuesday, we need changes by Monday noon.)
Audio/Visual Equipment (top)
Here is a list of the equipment we will provide in the content room:
- Wireless headset mic, slide advancer, digital clock, confidence monitors.
Please submit additional A/V requests or set-up needs such as a chair or a stool to Lori by September 16th.

VIP Networking Party and Speaker Registration (top)
We will be hosting a VIP Networking Party and Early Registration on Sunday, October 9th, 7:30-9:30 pm at the San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Dr., San Diego, CA 92101.
As a special treat – we will open registration and the party 30 minutes early for speakers. Please arrive at 7 pm for a speaker-only mix and mingle before the doors open for attendees.
Sunset VIP Networking Party (top)
We will be hosting a Sunset VIP Networking Party for all conference attendees on Monday, October 10th, 5:45-7:30 pm on the Mezzanine at the San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Dr., San Diego, CA 92101.
Table Talks (top)
We are offering table talks on both days at lunch. This is a chance for attendees and speakers to discuss a wide variety of topics. We'll have a list by September 9th that we will update here. If you don't see a topic listed that you would like to lead, please let Phil know.
Facts About Our Audience (top)
Our attendees are entrepreneurs, marketers, and creators. They are very interested in Web3 strategy, using NFTs to develop new business models, and building for the metaverse.
They are generally new to Web3, tend to be focused on business-to-consumer audiences, are part of smaller teams, and are from all around the world. They are coming to seek out new education and resources that will help them with NFTs, social tokens, DAOs, and the metaverse.
