Facebook Enhances Custom Audiences: This Week in Social Media

Facebook Rolls Out Enhancements to Custom Audiences From Your Website: The new features on Facebook’s custom audiences will allow “businesses to reach people faster and build more nuanced audiences.”

“A new feature in Ads Manager and Power Editor that allows businesses to easily build certain kinds of audiences—i.e., people who haven’t visited your website in a while, or people who have visited certain pages of your site.”

Facebook Announces Multi-Product Ads: These types of “ads enable businesses to showcase three products within a single ad unit, on desktop or mobile.”

“Each product highlighted will have its own image, description and click target.”

Vine Introduces Loop Counts: “A new way for you to quickly get a sense of how popular and interesting a vine may be—based on how many times people watch a vine loop.”

“Loop counts indicate how many times people have looped a video, including on Vine and in embeds across the web.”

Canada Announces New Anti-Spam Legislation: “If you use electronic channels to promote or market your organization, products or services, Canada’s New Anti-Spam Law may affect you.”

    I just explored Hipe Messenger. Seems that there is a bug or two in the app. After choosing who I would send my message to, there is no way to exit and send the message.

    My husband will love for me to download Moment because he thinks I have a social media addiction. Whatever! LOL

    Do you know if the Moment app has an on/off toggle for the GPS tracking. I lost interest once I read it was a “tracking” app. I like everything it was offering up until that point.
