Michael Stelzner: Mike is the founder of Social Media Examiner and My Kids’ Adventures, author of the books Launch: How to Quickly Propel Your Business Beyond the Competition and Writing White Papers: How to Capture Readers and Keep Them Engaged, the popular Social Media Marketing Industry Report, and the man behind large summits, such as the Social Media Success Summit. Mark Schaefer: Mark is the author of The Tao of Twitter, Born to Blog and Return on Influence, which was named “an essential book” of 2012 by the American Library Association. He is a marketing faculty member at Rutgers University and his blog {grow} is among the top marketing blogs in the world. He specializes in social media strategy/training and his clients include both startups and global brands such as IBM, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson and the UK government.

Neal Schaffer: Neal is author of three books, including Maximizing LinkedIn for Sales and Social Media Marketing as well as the forthcoming Maximize Your Social published by John Wiley & Sons, September 2013. Forbes lists him as a Top 30 Social Media Power Influencer and AdAge lists his blog, Windmill Networking, as a Top 100 Global Marketing blog. Neal provides social media strategy and consulting, having worked with Fortune 500 companies and a Grammy-award winning musician. He also teaches social media marketing at Rutgers University.

Amy Porterfield: Amy is co-author of Facebook Marketing All-in-One for Dummies and a social media strategist. With 12+ years of marketing experience, Amy has worked with mega-brands like Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Peak Performance Coach Tony Robbins, where she oversaw his content marketing team and managed online marketing campaigns. She currently teaches entrepreneurs and small businesses how to leverage social media to gain greater exposure, attract quality leads and turn their fans and followers into loyal customers.

Lee Odden: Lee is the author of Optimize: How to Attract and Engage More Customers by Integrating SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing. Marcus Sheridan: With the help of incredible innovations through content marketing, Marcus Sheridan overcame the collapse of the housing market and became one of the largest swimming pool builders in the US and currently has the most visited swimming pool website in the world. This experience led Sheridan to start The Sales Lion, a blog and brand which, along with Sheridan’s passion-filled keynotes, has become synonymous with content marketing excellence.

Kim Garst: Kim is the co-founder and CEO of Boom! Social, a corporate branding and social media marketing consulting firm. She is the author of The Quick and Easy Guide to Branding Your Business and Creating Massive Sales with Pinterest. Recently named by Forbes a Top 50 Social Media Influencer, Kim provides social media keynotes and in-depth training to entrepreneurs and corporations such as IBM and the Florida Keys Digital Marketing Conference.

Nichole Kelly: Nichole is author of How to Measure Social Media: A Step-By-Step Guide to Developing and Assessing Social Media ROI. She is also president of Social Media Explorer. In her consulting work, Nichole has worked with major brands such as the Sherwin-Williams Company, the Federal Reserve Bank, Deutsche Bank and Johns Hopkins University. As a respected national speaker, she has provided insight and training with leading marketing organizations including the American Marketing Association, Public Relations Society of America, Forrester Research, MarketingProfs, Radian6 and HootSuite.

Jeff Bullas: Jeff is author of the bestselling book Blogging the Smart Way and is a Forbes Top 50 Social Media Power Influencer, rated #11 in 2013. He is a consultant, coach, mentor and speaker and works with companies and executives to optimize their online presence and brand with digital marketing and social media. Viveka von Rosen: Viveka is author of LinkedIn Marketing: An Hour a Day and is known internationally as the “LinkedIn Expert.” CEO of Linked Into Business, she also hosts the biggest LinkedIn chat on Twitter and co-moderates LinkedInStrategies, the largest LinkedIn strategy group on LinkedIn. Forbes has listed her as a top social media influencer, and she has been cited in Ragan, CNN, Forbes, Mashable, the Miami Herald and of course, Social Media Examiner.

Joe Pulizzi: Joe is author of Epic Content Marketing and co-author of Managing Content Marketing. As a content marketing evangelist, he founded The Content Marketing Institute, which includes the leading magazine for content marketing, Chief Content Officer, as well as the premier content marketing event, Content Marketing World.

Pat Flynn: Pat is the founder of the Smart Passive Income Blog, a blog he created to share his success with online businesses after being laid off in 2008. Cliff Ravenscraft: Cliff is the founder of and the producer of over 3,000 individual podcast episodes of 30 different shows. After 11 years as a successful insurance agent, Cliff moved into full-time podcasting where he produces, consults, coaches and connects with other podcasters. Beth Hayden: Beth is the author of Pinfluence: The Complete Guide to Marketing Your Business with Pinterest. She is also a social media specialist and technology trainer. Beth has provided training, consulting, blog coaching and development services for New York Times bestselling authors, political commentators, personal development coaches and university professors. She is also the creator of the popular Basics of Blogging workshops.

David Siteman Garland: David is the author of Smarter, Faster, Cheaper and creator of the web show and resource The Rise To The Top. Since 2008, David’s interviews have been downloaded over 6 million times with guests including Seth Godin, Tim Ferriss and Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh. David is best known for helping folks build their business by conducting interviews. His program “Create Awesome Interviews” helps people create their own interview show online.

Paul Colligan: Paul is education czar for Traffic Geyser, Inc. and CEO of His work can be seen/heard/read in web shows that include eMarketingVids, books that include Cross Channel Social Media Marketing and publications online and off as varied as the Huffington Post and The Net Effect. Todd Wheatland (Kelly Services): Todd is the vice president for marketing and thought leadership for Kelly Services and heads global marketing for KellyOCG. He is also the author of the new book The Marketer’s Guide to SlideShare, co-author of The New Rules of Recruiting and the editor of The Talent Project. With 15 years experience in the human resources and workforce consulting space, Todd is a highly sought-after speaker in marketing, social media and HR.

Rich Brooks: Rich is president of flyte new media, a web design and Internet marketing company. He’s the founder of The Marketing Agents—a blog, podcast and YouTube channel—which provides free advice to small business owners and marketers. Stephanie SammonsStephanie is the founder of Wired Advisor, a digital business strategy company specializing in the financial and professional services industries. Greg Hickman: Greg is the founder and host of Mobile Mixed, the mobile marketing manager for Cabela’s and a mobile marketing consultant. Jon LoomerJon is a Facebook marketing coach, author, speaker and strategist.  He became an early user of Facebook for business purposes while working for the National Basketball Association in 2007. Michael Bepko (Whole Foods): Michael is the global online community manager for Whole Foods Market and is the sole employee responsible for managing the WholeFoods Pinterest account—which entails monitoring, publishing, engaging with and responding to a follower base of over 130,000 people. His dedication to maintaining the perfect combination of being a marketer, PR pro, psychologist and community member is what has helped him grow Whole Foods Market’s social footprint to upwards of 6 million across the organization’s 600+ local Facebook Pages and Twitter accounts—and most recently Pinterest.

Jennifer Lashua (Intel): Jennifer is Manager of Global Social Media Communities for Intel where she is responsible for Intel’s presence on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube and Instagram. She manages the content creation and campaigns for all of Intel with a primary focus on community building. Jennifer also created Intel’s Social Cockpit, a real-time dashboard for social analytics.

Alicia Picciotti (American Express): Alicia is Manager of Social Media Communications at American Express where she is responsible for managing the brand’s presences on Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Instagram, and Google+. She develops social media strategies aimed at increasing community growth and engagement. She joined American Express after working as a digital strategist and helping to launch industry-first partnerships between American Express and Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare and Xbox.

Chad Mitchell (Walmart): Chad is Senior Director of Digital Communications for Walmart where he serves as a strategic thinker and digital storyteller, tasked with managing and supporting all aspects of Walmart’s corporate digital presence, including external and internal websites and social networking platforms. Prior to joining Walmart, Chad spent time first at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and next at the digital consultancy Illumen, where he developed innovative online advocacy strategies and campaigns for organizations such as Fortune 500 companies and national and international trade associations.

Jason Townsend (NASA): Jason is NASA’s deputy social media manager where he helps oversee and coordinate over 450 social media accounts covering NASA’s people, missions, and programs. He coordinates between internal social media users and NASA’s external community of fans and followers to tell NASA’s story using tools such as the agency’s flagship Twitter account, @NASA, and pages on Facebook and Google+.  Previously, Jason was the webmaster for NOAA, a federal agency that monitors and studies the Earth, and the U.S. Institute of Peace, a non-governmental organization dealing with foreign policy and international relations.

Bryce Kristensen (E! Online): Bryce is Associate Director of Digital Media and Business Development for NBC Universal where he is responsible for the development and execution of E! Entertainment’s social media and TV360 strategies. He also leads the team charged with the creation/curation of online content for all of E! Entertainment’s original programming (The Soup, Chelsea Lately, and Keeping Up With the Kardashians).

Kathleen Ngo (Sony Electronics): Kathleen is the Social Media Specialist at Sony Electronics where she helps manage the content and analytics for Sony’s communities of over 3 million fans on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram.
