Preparing for California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): With the CCPA going into effect in January 2020, we discuss the steps marketers all over the world need to take to bring their companies into full compliance. Once enacted, CCPA will serve to protect California consumers' rights, encourage stronger privacy, and promote greater transparency over the personal information collected about them.

Next week: we're hosting public hearings throughout CA on our draft regulations under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You're invited to attend, share your thoughts, & submit comments.

The #CCPA is about your data and your privacy. We need your input. https://t.co/jLxuQNuK35

Hashtag Legal created a CCPA FAQ that is free to download and does not required users to sign up for an email list. Additional resources can be found on their Instagram channel, which features helpful video tutorials in the feed and saved in highlights.
