Facebook Introduces New Reach and Frequency Abilities: “Now, advertisers who utilize Facebook's reach and frequency buying will be able to predictably manage audience sizes and the number of times their ads will be shown to those audiences.”
Instagram Brings Ads to More Countries: Later this year, ads on Instagram will be introduced “in three countries—Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.”

Facebook Messenger Adds Groups: Windows Phone users will “see a new Groups tab where you can manage and create groups with your closest friends, family or work colleagues and have group conversations.”
