Instagram and IGTV Desktop Publishing From Facebook Creator Studio: Page admins can now use Facebook Creator Studio to upload and publish Instagram and IGTV posts from the desktop. This workaround also gives users access to insights and the ability to manage all inbound and outbound communications from a laptop or computer. Prior to this, Instagram direct messages were only accessible through the mobile app.
