Instagram Launches Embeddable Badges: These new Instagram badges can “help you link to and promote your Instagram web profile.” Businesses now have a way to promote their Instagram profiles online.

"Instagram badges are available in a range of sizes and can be added to your website, blog or anywhere that you want to link to your Instagram web profile."

New Amazon Pages for Brands Get a Social Media Dashboard: The new Amazon Pages are “customized landing pages for presenting your brand’s products at Amazon.com—customized by you, using simple yet professional templates.” The new Amazon Posts let you publish content to your Amazon Page and to Facebook simultaneously. And Amazon Analytics tells you about your audience, their shopping behavior and the performance of your Amazon Page and Amazon Posts.

With the new Amazon Pages, "you can better understand the impact of your social media and marketing efforts at Amazon.com and across the web."

Twitter Updates its Search Feature: When you search on Twitter, “you’ll see better search results that highlight the photos, videos and news shared on Twitter, all wrapped up in more social context tailored for you.”

With the new Twitter search, you'll "see a grid of the most relevant media above the stream of tweets."

Twitter Adds a Share Button: Twitter now has “the ability to email a tweet directly from twitter.com—a feature that will be rolling out to everyone over the coming weeks. You can email a tweet to anyone, whether they use Twitter or not, right from your Twitter stream or from the Details view of any tweet.”

To share your tweet, "click on the More icon next to the Reply, Retweet and Favorite buttons in order to email a tweet to anyone you know."

Facebook Mobile Apps Get a Share Button: “You can now use the Share button on News Feed stories from your phone whether you’re using the Facebook for Android app, the Facebook for iPhone and iPad app, or the Facebook mobile website.”

This new Share button "gives people a fast way to share stories with friends from their mobile phones."

Facebook Announces More Partners and People for Facebook GiftsFacebook Gifts, launched in September, now includes “hundreds of gifts from new retail partners and will be available to more people on Facebook.”

"Gifts will continue to add more retail partners and roll out to more people over the coming weeks."

Foursquare Adds Recently Opened Feature: This new feature on the latest iPhone update helps you ”find the latest and greatest in your neighborhood.”

On Foursquare, you can find Recently Opened places in Explore.

YouTube App Now on Nintendo Wii in the U.S.: “Designed for the big screen and Wii Remote, the new YouTube app for Nintendo Wii brings the YouTube videos and channels you love to your TV.”

"Wii owners in the U.S. can download the app today from the Nintendo Wii Shop channel, and we're bringing the app to more countries in the coming months."

Google+ Allows Deep Linking From Mobile Apps: This news is for mobile app developers. “Now when a user shares a favorite song or news story from your app to Google+, their stream post can include a deep link to that piece of content.”

Facebook to Launch ROI Tracking Tool for Ads: This new feature is still in beta and will allow advertisers to ”track the actions of Facebook users post-click.”

Facebook Users Observe a Decrease in Page Reach: Recent conversations online say there’s a decline in Facebook Page reach.
