Feeling overwhelmed by the nonstop pressure to create social content—and still not seeing the traction you want? Wondering how others are pumping out polished videos, thought leadership, and lead-generating posts while you're buried in to-do lists?
With the right systems, AI can deliver consistent, high-quality content at scale, without sacrificing your brand or personal work-life balance.
In this article, you’ll learn how to choose the right content strategy, build an AI-powered production system, and create scalable social media content using tools like Claude, Poppy AI, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs. You'll also see how to maintain quality, transparency, and authenticity as your social channels grow.
Whether you're a solopreneur, small team, or scaling enterprise, this guide will show you how to reclaim your time, grow your audience, and stay competitive in an AI-driven landscape—without burning out or falling behind.

Why AI-Powered Social Content Matters More Than Ever for Modern Marketers
The competitive landscape has fundamentally shifted, and the statistics tell a compelling story. Ninety-nine percent of Fortune 500 companies now report using AI in some capacity, while seventy-five percent of small businesses report not using it at all. This disparity creates both a challenge and an opportunity for marketers and entrepreneurs.
AI expert and founder of Eugentic AI, Anik Singal, whose AI-focused content generates approximately twenty-five million views per month, explains the urgency of this moment. “If you don't start using AI, whether it be for social media or some other aspect in your business, I'm sorry to tell you this, but you're going to get left behind real fast because you're not going to be as efficient and as effective as your competitor.”
The timeline for adaptation isn't measured in years but in months. Large corporations with substantial budgets are deploying AI extensively to automate processes. This efficiency allows them to lower prices and outcompete businesses that haven't embraced these technologies.
There are also other benefits.
Before implementing AI, Singal faced the same challenges many entrepreneurs encounter with social media content creation. The traditional process required hours of filming, researching, recording, processing, and coordinating with editing teams each week. Multiple steps created multiple failure points, and busy weeks meant falling off the content wagon entirely.
AI eliminates this problem by allowing teams to maintain content schedules regardless of the entrepreneur's availability.
The transformation is profound. Singal jokes that he now gets up every morning and looks at what his AI persona is saying to keep up with developments in the AI world. This role reversal illustrates how AI can enhance thought leadership even when the thought leader is focused on other business priorities.
The benefits extend beyond convenience to competitive survival. Time freedom, consistency, efficiency, and scalability represent core advantages that compound over time. When competitors can produce more content, reach larger audiences, and respond faster to market changes, businesses without AI assistance face an increasingly difficult competitive environment.
Singal's results demonstrate the potential scale. Generating approximately five hundred to one thousand new followers daily across all social media platforms, his AI-assisted approach proves that quality and quantity aren't mutually exclusive when the right systems are in place.
#1: Choose Your Social Media Identity Path
Before diving into AI tools and techniques, you must make a fundamental strategic decision that will shape your entire approach. Every successful social media presence falls into one of three categories, and attempting to straddle multiple categories dilutes effectiveness.

That’s full access to recordings of every keynote, workshop, and session—the ones people travel thousands of miles to see. Don't wait. Get your Virtual ticket and enjoy actionable content that you can watch anytime, anywhere.
Your category choice determines everything else about your strategy. Content topics, posting schedules, monetization approaches, and audience development tactics all flow from this fundamental decision. Attempting to serve multiple categories simultaneously confuses audiences and weakens market positioning.
The Entertainer Path: Freedom with Trade-offs
Entertainment-focused creators like Mr. Beast or popular TikTok couples build audiences through engaging, fun content. This approach offers the most creative freedom and often the fastest audience growth. People fall in love with personalities and watch whatever content these creators produce.
However, entertainment comes with significant monetization challenges. Success requires a substantial audience size before brand endorsement deals become viable. The business model depends on volume and broad appeal rather than targeted expertise.
The Journalist Approach: Timely but Demanding
Journalism-focused creators provide updates and analysis on rapidly evolving industries. This works particularly well for sectors like AI, investing, or technology, where constant developments generate audience interest.
The journalist's path requires immediate responsiveness to news and developments. Singal chose not to pursue this approach because his content creation process requires a few days for script development, processing, and editing. True journalism demands same-day or even real-time content creation to maintain relevance.
The Educator Route: Slower Growth, Higher Value
Educational content creators teach specific skills or knowledge to their audiences. This approach requires choosing a narrow focus area and sticking to it consistently. Singal describes his own struggle with this limitation: “I love copywriting. I love funnels. I love paid traffic. I love direct marketing. I love AI. I love personal development. I love productivity. And you can't be all of these things. Pick one.”
The educational path builds audiences more slowly and typically results in smaller follower counts. However, these audiences prove significantly more profitable, responsive, and effective for business purposes. The followers genuinely need what the educator offers, creating natural monetization opportunities.

Singal ultimately chose the educator path, focusing specifically on AI applications for marketing and sales. This decision, while limiting in some ways, created the foundation for building a highly engaged, monetizable audience.
#2: Embrace Transparency in AI Content: Disclosure Strategy
One of the biggest barriers to AI-assisted content creation isn't technical but psychological. Many creators worry that audiences will reject AI-generated content or view it as low-effort deception.
Singal experienced this concern intensely. “The biggest mindset shift I had to make was I thought people would be really angry at me and stop following me because they thought I was putting in no effort by going AI.”
This fear held him back until business pressures forced a thirty-day experiment. The results contradicted his assumptions entirely. People messaging him said things like “man, I love that video. It was really helpful. I know it's AI, but it's awesome.”
Rather than hiding AI usage, Singal made transparency central to his brand. In long-form videos, a quote appears: “Hey, this is AI Anik. While the real Anik's out building his empire, building great businesses, I'm here to represent him and teach you about …”

Short-form content descriptions include statements like “AI Anik on the hunt again today, reporting with …” This clear disclosure eliminates deception while positioning AI as a sophisticated business tool rather than a shortcut.
The transparency approach transformed potential criticism into competitive advantage. Webinar attendees now joke, “Is this really you, or is it AI Anik?” When he confirms it's really him, they playfully request to see AI Anik instead.
Pro Tip: Disclosure doesn't eliminate the need for quality content. Audiences accept AI assistance when the resulting content provides genuine value. The technology enables consistency and scale, but the underlying expertise, insights, and audience understanding must remain authentic. This balance explains why Singal's approach works. He's not replacing his expertise with AI but instead using AI to deliver his expertise more consistently and efficiently than traditional methods allow.
#3: Apply The 10X Rule for Strategic Topic Selection
Content topic selection can seem overwhelming, especially when you're trying to balance audience interests with personal expertise.
The topic research process serves multiple purposes beyond social media content. Successful social topics often work well for email newsletters, paid advertising, webinar subjects, and long-form content. The research essentially provides market validation for audience interests.
Singal uses viral short-form topics as subject lines for email newsletters, knowing that the attention-grabbing elements that work on social media often translate to other marketing channels. This multiplies the value of the research effort.
Singal developed a systematic approach he calls the “10X rule” that removes guesswork from the process.
Start by identifying three to five creators in your chosen category and niche. Focus on finding creators who produce short-form content, whom you genuinely enjoy watching, and who have substantial followings in your space. These benchmarks should represent the type of content you aspire to create.
The key is finding creators whose approach and audience align with your goals. If you want to be an educator in the AI marketing space, find other AI marketing educators. If you want to be an entertainer, find entertainers with similar sensibilities.
Look for each creator's typical view count range by scanning their recent posts. Dramatic outliers indicate something special about a particular video's topic or approach.
The 10X rule focuses on videos that significantly exceed the creator's typical performance. If a creator usually receives fifteen hundred views per video, anything above fifteen thousand views deserves investigation. This tenfold increase suggests the content tapped into broader audience interest beyond the creator's typical following.
“I believe at that point there was something about the video that took it viral, not their accounts following,” Singal explains. The topic itself drove exceptional performance rather than the creator's existing audience.
Once you identify outlier topics, research them further on the same platform. Search for the topic and examine other videos addressing similar subjects. Look for patterns in high-performing content around these topics.
If multiple creators achieved strong performance with similar topics, you've identified a subject with proven audience appeal. Watch several of these high-performing videos to understand what makes them effective while respecting other creators' intellectual property.
Pro Tip: Not every high-performing topic fits your expertise or brand. Singal emphasizes choosing topics where you can contribute genuine insights rather than simply copying other creators' content. Attempting to create content outside your expertise leads to shallow, derivative material that serves neither you nor your audience.
#4: Tools for AI-Powered Writing: Claude and Poppy
Written content forms the foundation of most social media, whether they're stand-alone posts, video scripts, or email newsletters. AI can dramatically accelerate this process while maintaining quality and authenticity.

I'M READY TO BECOME AN AI-POWERED MARKETERClaude Projects offers an accessible entry point for beginners or those with simpler needs. This approach involves creating a project within Claude, uploading examples of your voice and style, providing information about your topic expertise, and letting the AI generate content based on these parameters.

Claude Projects works well for straightforward written content, but has limitations in terms of the amount of information you can include and the complexity of sources you can reference. It requires manual transcription of audio or video sources, which adds time to the process.
For more sophisticated content creation, Singal recommends Poppy AI, which creates a custom RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system. Imagine a board where you can dump various types of content and information, then connect everything to a central AI chat interface.
The platform allows you to input YouTube links, audio files, website URLs, text documents, and virtually any other information source. You can organize these inputs into categories such as “my voice examples,” “topic expertise,” and “best performing content from the past.”
The Poppy AI system connects multiple information boxes to a central chat interface that integrates with ChatGPT or Claude. Singal prefers Claude for this application. The system creates what he describes as a “brain” that prioritizes your specific information while still accessing the broader knowledge of large language models.
This approach makes the vast world of AI more targeted and personal while retaining the power of advanced AI systems. Instead of getting generic responses based on all internet knowledge, you receive responses that sound like you and reflect your specific expertise and style.
Singal's team creates research dumps that include four or five videos on relevant topics, articles from authoritative sources, and background information on current developments in their field. This research gets dumped into designated areas of the Poppy board, allowing the AI to synthesize current information with established voice and expertise. The result is content that feels both timely and authentic to the creator's brand.
How to Ensure Quality Control of Your AI-Written Content
Despite AI's sophistication, human oversight remains crucial for maintaining quality and accuracy. Singal's team implements a multi-stage review process that ensures content meets their standards before publication.
The first review focuses on voice and style consistency. Team members who understand Singal's communication patterns scan content to ensure it sounds authentic. They also look for obvious AI markers like double dashes, which many AI systems overuse, and certain words or phrases that don't match the creator's typical vocabulary.
The second review layer focuses on accuracy and substantiation. The team identifies any claims, statistics, studies, or factual statements that require verification. This process involves multiple AI systems to cross-check information and ensure accuracy.
Singal's process involves copying content into a different AI system like Gemini and asking it to identify everything that needs substantiation. Then they ask whether these claims are accurate. For added security, they repeat this process with another AI system like ChatGPT.
If any suspicion remains about factual accuracy, the team manually verifies information through Google searches. When verification proves difficult or uncertain, they simply remove questionable claims from the content rather than risk inaccuracy.
Pro Tip: Instead of asking AI to “fact-check everything,” Singal recommends first asking it to “pull out anything that is said that would need to be substantiated.” Then, in a separate prompt, ask whether those specific items are accurate.
This approach reduces AI hallucination and provides more reliable results. As Singal notes, “One of the things that makes me laugh about AI is that it's learned and trained from humans so well that it gets overwhelmed and it gets confused with too much stuff, which it really shouldn't. It's a computer, but it does.”
#5: Tools for AI Video Content Creation: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and SubMagic
Video content requires more technical sophistication than written content, but the results can be dramatically more engaging and scalable. Singal's approach combines two primary tools to create what he calls “AI Anik” – his AI avatar.
Training ElevenLabs and HeyGen
ElevenLabs currently provides the highest quality AI voice generation, though other tools are beginning to approach its capabilities. Most outputs are ninety-five percent perfect, requiring only minor adjustments to a few words or sounds. When problems occur, edit the script and regenerate the affected sections.
The key to success lies in proper training and script preparation.
Training your voice model requires approximately three hours of audio recorded in the same location with the same microphone and acoustics. The audio doesn't need to be scripted—podcast recordings work perfectly well as long as they meet the consistency requirements.
Scripts require specific formatting before generating audio to avoid common ElevenLabs issues.
You'll need to remove all punctuation except commas and periods. Dashes, ellipses, semicolons, and other punctuation marks cause the system to insert random sounds or create awkward pauses. You can automate this process by asking AI to reformat scripts: “Can you just give me the script again and remove all punctuation except for commas and periods?” This simple step eliminates most audio generation problems.
Proper names and unusual words can also cause issues. Singal's first name, Anik, gets mispronounced consistently, requiring phonetic respelling to achieve correct pronunciation. When faced with pronunciation problems, the simplest solution is often to replace problematic words with alternatives that convey the same meaning.
HeyGen provides the video component of AI avatar creation, but success requires understanding the platform's limitations and optimizing your training footage accordingly. Singal's team discovered that ignoring HeyGen's official instructions and developing their own approach produced superior results.

Effective HeyGen training requires specific recording conditions that differ from typical video production. Use close-up camera angles that eliminate arm and hand movements from the frame. Position the camera so viewers see from a few inches below the shoulders upward.
Additionally, lighting quality dramatically impacts results, creating training data the AI cannot effectively process and leading to subpar video output. Invest in professional lighting equipment or hire someone with proper lighting knowledge.
During training footage, minimize hand gestures, head movements, eye squints, and other dynamic expressions because the AI learns these movements but applies them inappropriately in generated content. While you shouldn't appear robotic, reducing movement gives the AI fewer variables to manage incorrectly.
Pro Tip: You can create multiple “scenes” in HeyGen by recording in different clothing and settings. This provides variety for ongoing content creation and prevents the awkward appearance of wearing identical clothes in every video posted over time. The more scenes you provide, the better the AI understands your appearance and mannerisms. Singal recommends creating five to ten different scenes with various clothing options and potentially different locations.
Video Generation Process
Once both voice training and video training are complete, the content creation process becomes straightforward. Upload your ElevenLabs audio file to HeyGen, select your preferred scene, and generate the video.
Most outputs are immediately usable, though occasionally you may need to regenerate if the lip-sync or other elements aren't satisfactory. The regeneration process typically resolves any issues quickly.
Video Editing With SubMagic
Video editing remains the most labor-intensive part of AI content creation. While Singal's team continues using human editors for optimal results, he acknowledges this creates cost and time barriers for many creators.
For those willing to accept some limitations in exchange for significant time and cost savings, SubMagic offers the most promising automated editing solution currently available. The platform attempts to handle subtitle generation, close-up shots, B-roll insertion, and other elements that make short-form content engaging.
Singal tested SubMagic six to eight months before this interview and found it promising but not quite meeting his quality standards. However, he notes rapid improvement in the platform and plans to retest it based on recent recommendations.
The platform has reportedly added manual editing capabilities, allowing users to adjust automated edits that don't meet their preferences. This hybrid approach may bridge the gap between full automation and complete manual editing.
#6: Implementation Strategy: Building Your AI Social Content Creation System
Successfully implementing AI-powered content creation requires a systematic approach and realistic expectations about capabilities and limitations. The technology enables unprecedented scale and consistency when properly deployed.
Singal recommends beginning with short-form content before attempting long-form videos. Sixty-second videos are easier to produce, edit, and optimize. They also generate significantly more views than long-form content. This approach allows you to master the system before tackling more complex productions.
Short-form content also provides valuable market research data. Every video becomes a test of audience interest, helping you identify topics and approaches that resonate most strongly with your target market.
Pro Tip: Use your viral short-form content as inspiration for other marketing activities. Topics that perform well on social media often translate effectively to email subject lines, paid advertising hooks, webinar titles, and long-form content subjects. This integration multiplies the value of your topic research and ensures consistency across all marketing channels.
