Use ChatGPT and Canva to Design Print Materials

How many hats are you wearing today? Between strategy, content, analytics, and customer engagement, the last thing you need is to also be the graphic designer.

ChatGPT can get you surprisingly close to a finished print design. The key is briefing it like a client would brief a designer: tell it what the piece is, give it the content that needs to appear, and include your print specs. Upload your brand guidelines if you have them.

From there, use ChatGPT's editing tools to art direct the draft. You can remove backgrounds, mark areas to delete, or draw directly on the image to show what needs to change. Iterate until you have a solid version.

Once you have a good draft, bring it into Canva and use Magic Layers to break the design into individually editable elements. Fix any fonts that shifted, adjust spacing, and make your final tweaks. From there, you're print-ready!

More use cases and tips are available instantly in full trainings when you join the AI Business Society.

    Tools Change. Your Systems Shouldn't.

Claude went down in the middle of Nicole Leffer’s live demo. Instead of waiting, she opened the same file in ChatGPT — and it picked up exactly where she left off.

That's not luck. It's a portable system. This free interactive guide shows you how to build AI workflows that run on any platform, plus a checklist to make your setup transferable this week.

    Show me the framework.
