Custom GPTs are Retiring: How to Update Your Lead Magnet
OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs on December 11, and when that happens, GPT links stop working. If you've been using a custom GPT as a lead magnet, that's a real problem. Your GPT's instructions can move into a Skill, which stays private, or a plugin, which starts private and needs a separate approval process to go public, with no guarantee that it will go public.
The better move is ChatGPT Sites, and it's not just a replacement. It's an upgrade.
A Site is an interactive web page that ChatGPT builds and hosts for you. Feed it the same knowledge your GPT ran on, and a public Site is open to anyone with the link. No ChatGPT login required, which means one less hurdle between prospects and your expertise.
But the real shift is the experience.
A GPT drops people into a blank chat box and hopes they know what to ask. A Site flips that. You tell ChatGPT to make the page interactive, the visitors answer a few targeted questions about what kind of business they run or what they're stuck on, and the Site delivers results shaped to their answers. Think quizzes, assessments, calculators, and recommendation tools.
Sites is in public beta on paid ChatGPT plans, so you can start building today.
Want to see how it's done? We walked through creating your first Site and much more in our recent session replay, Rediscovering the True Potential of ChatGPT, available instantly when you join the AI Business Society.

Where Do You Stand With AI?
Most marketers learn AI on their own through trial and error. Just 7% get any training from their company. That makes it hard to tell whether you're ahead or quietly falling behind.
We surveyed 681 marketers to find out. The 2026 AI Marketing Industry Report shows which platform they now rely on most, how many are using AI agents, and where they're getting stuck. It's free.

OpenAI Brings GPT-6 and Intelligent UI to ChatGPT: OpenAI is expanding GPT-6 across ChatGPT alongside Intelligent UI, a new capability that lets the model dynamically create visual and interactive responses instead of relying on a standard text-based conversation format. Depending on the task, ChatGPT can generate charts, forms, diagrams, calculators, planning interfaces, and other interactive experiences directly in a conversation. GPT-6 also introduces progressive answering, enabling ChatGPT to begin responding while reasoning continues, and includes improvements to web search performance and safety. The rollout covers both paid and free ChatGPT tiers, with GPT-6 Sol and Luna tuned for their respective experiences. OpenAI
