Is Your AI Setup Working Against You? Time for a Tune-Up

Is your once-slick AI setup starting to feel bloated, slow, and expensive?

Hidden redundancies in your AI workflows could be draining your budget and performance.

If you've been building with AI for a while, you've probably accumulated more than you realize – skills, projects, artifacts, agents, plugins, and connected apps.

It adds up fast. And without regular maintenance, your setup starts working against you. Redundant skills fire when they shouldn't. Unnecessary Plugins are referenced even when not needed. Scheduled tasks burn tokens on things you stopped caring about weeks ago.

The fix: set one day a month and use AI to audit the whole system.

You'll be surprised by what it finds. Maybe you built three skills six months ago that now do roughly the same thing. Maybe an artifact is refreshing daily, even though you only check it once a week. Maybe you have folders full of project context that no longer reflect how your business operates.

We walked through the exact process – including how to use AI to run the audit for you – in our recent session replay: How to Build an Automated Dashboard for Research and Analysis – available instantly when you join the AI Business Society.

It's Easy to Automate Your Work With AI

Not someday. Not when you learn to code. Now — by describing what you want in plain language.

Claude Cowork plans its own steps, remembers between sessions, and connects to the tools you already use. Our free field guide gives you the exact prompts and the five-step build to get your first system running this week.

Show me how to build it.

How to Build an AI Creative Director That Knows Your Voice

Creative dry spells cost you momentum, audience trust, and revenue. But what if you had a creative partner available around the clock, one that already knows your voice, your style, and which topics resonate most with your audience? AI strategist Nicky Saunders has built exactly that, and her system turns a simple daily habit into a full content pipeline.

Why “Just Use AI” Is the Wrong Approach

Discover the foundational inputs you need to provide before AI can produce anything worth publishing, and why skipping this step is the fastest path to generic, forgettable content.

The Two Skills That Teach AI to Sound Like You

Learn how to train your AI creative director to understand both how you speak and how you write across different platforms, so every draft feels authentic from the start.

The Daily Habit That Fuels Your Entire Content Engine

Find out how a simple voice journaling practice, inspired by a classic creativity book, becomes the raw material for tweets, newsletters, video scripts, and more, without ever sitting down to “create content.”

From Journal Entry to Multi-Platform Content in One Conversation

See how one morning brain dump can automatically generate content ideas, visual assets, and platform-ready drafts, all inside a single AI workflow that runs on a schedule.

Still Doing What AI Could Do?

You use AI every day. But the automations that could actually save you hours? They still feel just out of reach.

Inside the AI Business Society, you get the exact workflow — taught step by step to save you hours.

    Show me what's inside!

ChatGPT Ads Expands to 31 European Markets: OpenAI is bringing ChatGPT Ads to 31 European countries, significantly expanding the advertising program it began testing in the U.S. six months ago. The rollout gives marketers a new way to reach Free and Go users during research, comparison, and decision-making conversations, while paid Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans remain ad-free. Advertisers will initially buy campaigns through OpenAI's Ads Solutions team and selected partners, with a self-service Ads Manager scheduled to arrive later this summer. OpenAI

ChatGPT Adds Apple Messages Integration: ChatGPT can now connect with Apple Messages, allowing users to search conversations, surface information from message history, draft responses, and send or delete messages through natural-language requests. The integration also extends to Codex and ChatGPT Work, opening up potential business workflows around communication and follow-ups. OpenAI says message access is request-driven and processed locally, while recommending that users retain final approval before AI-generated messages are sent. TechCrunch

Google Gives Publishers More Control Over AI-Era Discovery: Google is introducing an embeddable Preferred Sources button that lets readers designate publishers they want to see more frequently across Search, Discover, Google News, AI Mode, and AI Overviews. Google says preferred publishers can benefit from higher click-through rates, potentially giving media companies a new way to strengthen referral traffic as AI changes search behavior. The company is also adding natural-language customization to Discover and greater personalization for Google News audio briefings. TechCrunch

OpenAI Adds Conversational Admin Tools to ChatGPT Work and Codex: OpenAI is launching an Admin plugin that lets workspace administrators analyze usage, manage members and permissions, adjust spending limits, and complete supported administrative actions through natural-language conversations. The plugin can also automate recurring workflows, such as routing approval requests to Slack or Microsoft Teams and granting access when predefined conditions are satisfied. Designed to reduce tool switching and manual administration, the plugin operates within existing workspace roles, policies, and approval controls. OpenAI
