When to Arrive
Please plan to arrive in Anaheim on or before Thursday, April 1, 2027. The opening keynote starts at 8am PT on Friday, April 2.
When to Depart
The AI Business World conference officially ends on Saturday, April 3, 2027 at 6pm PT. There are always many meetups that go late into the evening on the last day of the event.
We suggest you depart on Sunday, April 4, 2027, but many attendees stay a few extra days to tour Anaheim.
Traveling From Outside the United States?
If you are traveling internationally (including Canada and Mexico), you must present a valid machine-readable passport at the U.S. port of entry to enter the U.S. Your passport must also be valid for 6 months from your day of arrival.

Getting Around Anaheim
- Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART): Convenient shuttle system connecting hotels, convention center, and attractions throughout the Resort District. Day passes available.
- Walking: The Anaheim Resort District is extremely walkable with dedicated pedestrian paths and clear signage. Our official hotel, the Anaheim Hilton, is an easy walk to the convention center.
- Ride Share: Uber and Lyft readily available throughout Anaheim.
- Rental Cars: Available but often unnecessary—most attendees find the ART system and walking sufficient. If you do rent, expect hotel parking fees of at least $25-35 per day.

From the I-5 Freeway: Exit at Katella Avenue and head west. The convention center will be on your right.
