New Targeting Tools Make Pinterest Ads More Effective: Pinterest added three new targeting options to let marketers and businesses target the delivery of promoted pins by combining their own business data with the data Pinterest collects on its users. The new targeting options include customer list retargeting, website visitor retargeting, and lookalike targeting. Businesses that work with Pinterest’s current Marketing Developer Partners “will be able to target these audiences by the end of the month.” To make it easier for businesses to onboard their data, Pinterest is “also working with Epsilon and LiveRamp.”
YouTube Launches YouTube Director: YouTube announced the release of a suite of products designed to let business owners create video ads from their phones.
