We’re so excited to have you as part of Social Media Marketing World. This page will help you prepare for your role as Track Leader and your time in San Diego.
Below you will find a sample Track Leader session evaluation, a checklist on your role, a sample Track Room Run of Show, and how to contact speakers. We’ve also added a couple articles, including one by one of last year’s Track Leaders.

We encourage you to reach out to your speakers prior to the event to introduce yourself and help prepare your introduction. If you can’t find an email for one of your speakers or would like us to introduce you, feel free to reach out to Liz Feiler: [email protected]
Sunday Workshop Hosts – Please be in your session room by 11:15 AM on Sunday, March 1st (45 minutes hour before the sessions starts) to meet with your team
Monday Session Hosts – Please be in your session room by 9:45 AM on Monday, March 2nd (45 minutes before the sessions starts) to meet with your team
Tuesday Session Hosts – Please be in your session room by 9:40 AM on Tuesday, March 3rd (35 minutes before the sessions starts) to meet with your team
Speaker Party – Sunday, March 1st from 7:30 – 9:30 PM at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center. The Wine & Culinary Center is offsite at 200 Harbor Dr #120, San Diego, CA 92101.
