Facebook Deals Launches Test Programs in Atlanta, Austin, Dallas, San Diego and San Francisco: Similar to Groupon, Facebook Deals allows local businesses to offer digital coupons on Facebook.

Klout Launches New Site: This new version allows you to “compare your Klout profile to others, gain new insight on your score, see the latest Klout Perks, and control which influencers are displayed on your profile.”

YouTube Founders Acquire Delicious From Yahoo!: Delicious users will be happy to hear that this popular bookmarking platform has a new owner, Avos, that plans to “make the site even easier and more fun to save, share, and discover the web’s ‘tastiest' content.”

PressJack: A desktop application that allows publishers to convert their web content into digital magazines instantly. A desktop version of the application is currently available in beta.
