Twitter Officially Launches Their Ads API: “What this means is that as marketers, you’ll soon have the ability to work with Twitter’s initial set of Ads API partners to manage Twitter Ad campaigns—and integrate them into your existing cross-channel advertising strategies.”

What’s New This Week?

Facebook Updates Events Interface: Several changes make Facebook Events easier to use. There’s more flexibility when creating an Event and it’s easier to find an option to create a Facebook Event for your particular needs. There are also changes to the Event pages including the wall only allowing comments from people who say they’re attending or might do so. And the Event page wall now shows updates by order of engagement.

Fewer fields are required to create an Event. You now have the option to create an Event without a location and allow anyone who joins to set the location later on.
