Do your customers spend time on LinkedIn?
Finding an effective social strategy to reach the right audience for each of your products and services can be challenging.
LinkedIn helps you solve this problem with its LinkedIn Showcase Pages.
In this article, I’ll show you how your business can benefit from LinkedIn Showcase Pages.
What are LinkedIn Showcase Pages?
Today, few businesses are islands.
Many companies are complex, offering various and disparate products and services for which they must create multiple marketing campaigns to reach different audiences.
This can make social media marketing resemble a juggling act. And that’s fine, even unavoidable; but while juggling, you need to make sure you don’t drop any metaphorical balls.
Showcase pages allow companies with multiple brand messages to segment them easily and deliver them to the right audiences.

Do you want to create a LinkedIn group?
LinkedIn groups can be a great way to network with your customers, peers and other professionals in your industry.
But it can be challenging to grow your group and get the people you want to join and participate in the discussions.
We asked the pros to share their best tips to grow your LinkedIn groups.
Follow these tips and you’ll find it easier to create the type of community you’re looking for.
#1: Use Email to Send Invitations That Convert
You’ll need to send out invitations to get your contacts to join your LinkedIn group and LinkedIn has a form for you to do this.
The default LinkedIn message that’s sent when you fill out the form below is: “Subject: Name invites you to join Group” and “Welcome Message: I would like to invite you to join my group on LinkedIn.” Unfortunately this has about 1% chance of getting someone to your group.
Is networking a big part of your job or business?
Have you participated in or considered starting a discussion group?
The good news is LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+ all offer options.
In this post, we’re going to look at how social media groups work for businesses and how you can benefit from them as both an owner and a participant.
#1: Google+ Communities
Let’s start with the newest kid on the block for social media groups: Google+ communities. When Google+ launched communities in December 2012, they grew at lightning speed. You can now find thousands of communities that cover every topic.
Benefits as a Member
One of the nice parts about Google+ communities is that you can participate in them using your personal profile or your business page—an option you won’t find on any other social network. This means that you can build your business’s authority on a particular topic within communities.
What if you could store all of your contacts in one place?
Well now you can with LinkedIn Contacts.
In this article, you’ll discover how LinkedIn Contacts looks and take a tour through its features.
What is LinkedIn Contacts?
This new feature brings together all your address books, emails and calendars, and keeps them up to date in one place.
From these sources, LinkedIn will automatically pull in the details of your past conversations and meetings, and bring those details directly into your contact’s profile.
Contacts hasn’t been rolled out to everyone yet, so you may have to check back later or join the waitlist.
To see if you have this new feature, click on Contacts in the top navigation. If you’ve been given access to the new functionality, it will look like the screenshot below.
Do you spend time networking in LinkedIn Groups?
LinkedIn Groups are great way to build credibility and make new connections that can ultimately help grow your business.
With over 1.5 million LinkedIn Groups, it can be difficult to find relevant Groups and determine which ones might be the best for you to join. It’s also important to find Groups that are well-managed.
Unfortunately there are many LinkedIn Groups that are not well-managed, which makes the experience within these Groups less than optimal.
