Facebook Eases Promotional Guidelines: Facebook has just updated their “Pages Terms in order to make it easier for businesses of all sizes to create and administer promotions on Facebook. Now, promotions may be administered on page timelines and in apps on Facebook.” Be sure to check out the new Promotion Guidelines.

Twitter Introduces Lead Generation “Cards”: The Lead Generation Card is “a new type of Twitter Card that will allow marketers to collect leads directly within the tweet.” For now, this is only available as a feature in Promoted Tweets—a paid feature of Twitter Ads.

Facebook Gives You Better Controls to Manage Your Content: Facebook’s latest updates include “Privacy Shortcuts, an easier-to-use Activity Log and a new Request and Removal tool for managing multiple photos you’re tagged in.”
