Your Role and Schedule

Your exact role and schedule will be shared in late February. Please ensure you are available from Tuesday, March 21 1pm until Friday, March 24 at 6pm. We will have lunch available at noon on Tuesday for those who RSVP (coming soon).

Pre-Event Volunteer Training Webinar

On-Site Volunteer Training

All event staff are required to attend the staff training and kick-off on Tuesday, March 21st at 1pm to 6pm (optional lunch at noon) at the San Diego Convention Center.

During the Event

You ask volunteers to work 15-20 hours (not including the training day) in exchange for your free ticket to the event. In many cases you will still be able to attend some (or even all) of the sessions you desire. We try hard to accommodate your preferences, but this is a volunteer position and we do expect you to work for your free ticket. The good news is we do provide you a free Virtual Ticket so you will have access to ALL the recordings.
