Shipping Guidelines

All exhibitor freight and promotional material (chair-drops, attendee gifts/flyers, lanyards, etc…) shall be sent directly to the Freeman warehouse.

All incoming and outgoing packages will be charged a material handling fee. Material handling includes unloading your exhibit material‚ storing up to 30 days in advance at the warehouse address‚ delivering to the booth‚ the handling of empty containers to and from storage‚ and removing of material from the booth for reloading onto outbound carriers. Promotional Items – Exhibitor Giveaways, Party Giveaways

Promotion materials include exhibitor giveaways, chair drop items, lanyards, party giveaways, etc…

All promotional materials (giveaways) must be pre-approved by Social Media Examiner. Please send a photo and description of all giveaways to jaci@socialmediaexaminer.com by March 15, 2016.

We are encouraging our sponsors to bring items that go along with our conference’s San Diego beach theme.

All booth concepts must be pre-approved by Social Media Examiner by Tuesday, March 1, 2016.

Please reference your Sponsorship Contract for your booth number, booth size and inclusions.

Signage is not provided to sponsors (except for Bronze Sponsors), though a small sign with your name will be on your pipe and drape for reference only. Please plan to bring your own booth signage.

Booth numbers are an internal reference guide and will not be communicated to attendees. If you’d like to reference your booth in promotional material, just say “find us in the Networking Plaza.”

To receive an additional discount on select items, make sure to place your order online prior to the deadline of Wednesday, April 4, 2016.

If this is your first time using Freeman Online, you will need to create a new username and password for your company.

The Networking Plaza will be the hub of all networking, and includes food and beverage offerings, power charging stations and more.

Security
We will have a security guard on duty Sunday (starting at 4:00 PM) to Tuesday (ending at 4:30 PM) to watch over your booth. We recommend high value items, i.e. laptops etc., be taken to your room at the end of each day.

Lanyards
As the lanyard sponsor, plan on providing 3,500 lanyards – 3,300 white lanyards (general attendee) and 200 colored lanyards (4th year attendees).

Specs for General Attendee Lanyard:

An o-ring or split ring attachment
Printed on at least one-side with a 4-color logo

Specs for 4th Year Attendee Lanyard:

Lanyards should be shipped using the BLUE label as they will be delivered to the venue early with the management freight. See shipping guidelines.
