I’m a Husband, Father, Friend. I have a successful health and wellness biz that has allowed me to spend lots of time with my family friends and the internet. lol In the last 5 years I’ve taught myself social media and more. I’m a social media mentor to many and many are mentors to me. I believe ADD is a blessing when you balance it with proper nutrition. My focus has never been so great and I spend late hours learning all I can online. I’m in the process of launching a new blog that will provide social media mentoring to beginners of all ages and up.
