A licensed Florida real estate broker who has been in the homebuilding industry for 30 years, I owned and managed my own marketing firm for five years before joining JMC Communities where I watched over every aspect of sales and marketing, from meticulous adherence to the corporate brand and individual community identities to directing sales, advertising, web site design, social media, public relations, special events, interior merchandising and research analysis.
Now, I have partnered and formed McAuliffe & McCormick, Inc. We’ve refined our combined sales and marketing experience to create success for builders, developers, and banks during both the boom years and during challenging economic times. We bring an intimate perspective to this industry, enabling us to freely adapt to changing economies, buyers and trends. Our company is built on our individual strengths, which complement each other to benefit our client-partners.
My leadership extends to expanding roles in a variety of national and regional industry groups, including serving on the board of directors of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the Tampa Bay Builders Association (where I am also past-president). A past trustee of the NAHB’s Sales and Marketing Council as well as its Institute of Residential Marketing, and is past chair of the FHBA Sales and Marketing Council.
