I am a social media junky. Networking and helping people get their message out is what I do. I work independently as well as with a PR firm, helping small businesses with their social media needs.

I am also an advocate for those suffering from Chronic Lyme Disease. Social Media consultant for Lyme Disease Awareness books such as “Nature’s Dirty Needle” and “Out Of The Woods”. Board member and director of communications for the non-profit Inanna House, where our mission is to develop a supportive and safe place for those with Chronic Lyme Disease to receive treatment, which includes a body, mind, and spirit connection and reintegration. Lyme Disease is turning into an epidemic, education is a must.

I love all sports, and am a certified Zumba Mami (that’s an instructor in shake-it-till-you-make-it talk) I love to dance!
