“I was born in Monroe, WI, and I relocated to Waunakee in 1994. I served 27 years in the telecommunications industry, most recently as the Director of Information Systems for Charter Communications. Through an organizational change in the company, I was given the opportunity to move in a different direction with my career. Jumping at the chance, I started Hummingbird Social Media in August of 2011. Hummingbird Social Media provides businesses and consumer educational assistance for online presence and awareness. I provide seminars and one on one training sessions in senior and assisted living facilities. This helps the residents stay active whether on line searching, reading on an electronic device, or one of the social media platforms. For hobbies, I love to entertain, spend time with our kids and grandchildren, garden, and have been known to enjoy a nice glass of wine now and again.”
