My professional résumé offers the perfect blend of sales, marketing and management experience. I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate since 1984 as well as a Vice President of marketing and advertising for a billion dollar retail company.
In light of the current state of our economy, the local housing market and with so many people facing foreclosure or finding themselves upside down in their mortgages, I have special training to help homeowners of properties that may be underwater or facing foreclosure. I am certified in Short Sales and Foreclosures by the National Association of Realtors (“SFR”).
According to a recent NAR survey, nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures. For many real estate professionals, short sales and foreclosures are the new “traditional” transaction. REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales, as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.

I’m also pleased to announce that I have added a new member to our team. Valerie Williams-Hoeneisen, esq. has joined our team as Director and In-House Counsel. Valerie is a licensed attorney and has practiced in the real estate field for several years. Her legal experience combined with my real estate brokerage experience makes us a unique combination and the perfect team to assist homeowners in making the best decision for their future.

In addition my management skills will take your home all the way from contract through closing.
