I’m a career Foreign Service Information Technology Manager for the U. S. Department of State assigned as the Information Management Officer (IMO) for American Embassy Madrid, Spain September 2010. I was previously assigned as the Branch Chief of Mobile Computing, Special Assistant for the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Business Planning and Customer Service, and the inaugural IRM Executive Potential Program (EPP) at the Foreign Service Institute. Since joining the Foreign Service in 1988, I have had various overseas assignments to include Casablanca, Damascus, Iraq, Islamabad, Rabat, Kuwait, Lithuania, Hong Kong, India, Cape Verde and Greece.
