I am a consultant psychologist who provides training and coaching for small to medium sized businesses.

I also conduct recruiting and assessment centres. Assessments can include aptitude tests for candidates or psychological assessments. Recruitment involves processes which assist with shortlisting for interview.

I am interested in leadership development and in building cohesive teams. My training work is largely centred around this area. I have worked extensively with Mission Centred Solutions in Australia – in the emergency management sector.

I have a military background and have worked overseas in a number of different operational theatres – most recently providing psychological support for soldiers in Afghanistan.

I also run a small counselling practice in my local area as it is a rural area with not many practitioners to choose from and I like to keep my skills sharp.

I am very new to social media in the business setting and am really just starting out. Like most small business people, I am full of great ideas but I don’t have lots of time or capital to invest! Arrgh! Got to start somewhere though – so I have chosen to start at SBSS 2012!
