With many years experience of recruiting and coaching I will now (november 2012) start blogging in my speciality: coaching towards a new job.

I’m a beginner and I’m here to learn. :-)

I live in Sweden, on a farm with family and animals. I love training in the forest, riding my quarter horses and being with family.

I’m driven by helping others grow, I just love getting a “Thanks, I got here thanks to you” or just a “you give me energy”.
