I’m drawn to social media as a marketing tool because it is about the relationship and enhancing the customer experience. At the end of the day the customer experience is the most important piece and what ultimately leads to sales.

Before kids (now ages 5 and 7) I started two businesses, one was service based and one was product based, a successful personalized photo album and guest book business.
