I help high-ability women grow, thrive and reach their personal and business goals through coaching and blogging that embraces “geekiness”. I also provide branding, copy and online/social media marketing to entrepreneurs and business owners through J&Co which is a collaboration of women leaders providing these services to other upcoming women leaders.

Not an expert or guru – just me; a kick-ass, go-get-’em kind of girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, loves social media, networking, beauty and encouraging thoughtful conversation. I soak in information like a sponge and live for the joy of enabling others to stand up, reach their full potential and do what they were born to do.

Back at it after 10 years home with the kiddos, currently in the process of becoming a certified coach whilst launching my business. =) Never a dull moment!

I’ve marketed and sold: lemonade, painted rocks, Mary Kay, Amway, software, electrical utilities, clothing, accessories, web design, branding and freelancing among other things. Also a wife of 17 years, a mom to three and oldest sibling to seven.
