Igor Moshkin born in Rybinsk, Russia March 29, 1948 In 1973, he graduated from the Military Institute of Culture (Lviv) and served as the cultural institutions of the Northern Fleet in 1989 a reserve officer. In 1992 – 1995 years. presents exhib tions and taught courses amateur artists in the folk school Svanvik (Norway). Watercolor and linocut artist are in private collections in Norway, England, France, Germany, Tunisia, the United States and other countries. The artist works in watercolor, pastel, and linocuts. In 1999 the Decree of the President of Russia Igor Moshkina the title – Honored Artist of Russia. In 1999, the artist made a sea voyage on a sailboat with an exhibition of UPS “Sedov” around Europe (Germany, France, Gibraltar, Tunisia). In August 2004, the artist accepted into the international art society “Wildlife.” In October-December of that year, the artist exhibits at Art Society in England. On June 13, 2006 adopted an associate member of the American Watercolor Society (New York). Member of the Professional Union of Artists (Moscow).
