Hello, my name is Ethel J. Washington. I am a retired banker, branch manager, commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan officer from Whitney National Bank, New Orleans, Louisiana. I received a degree from the Graduate School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University in Commercial Lending and International Banking. I have participated in many financial initiatives sponsored by the World Bank.
I have retired from the bank and the community college and started a home business.
