2011 was an important year in my professional life. I made an honest recognition that I was no longer interested in actively working in my chosen field of Early Childhood Education and Development as a Teacher. After spending twenty years working with children and their families as a Head Start Teacher, I was ready to make the commitment and effort to change my career direction.
I am an undergrad student at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. My major is Business Psychology. I am honest enough to share the fact that I did not have that great of a business foundation when I enrolled into the university. A lot of my personal time is spent studying to strengthen my knowledge base. It was during my personal research that I began to develop an interest in Social Media Management. I want to pursue developing my skills in this area, gain work experience as a Social Media Manager and move towards opening my own business.

I joined Social Media Management Club to connect with people who are experts, to learn and eventually contribute by sharing my expertise.
