My name is Cindy Hillsey, CPC, ACC, and I am a Creative Small Business Coach! I work with women who are Small Business Owners, Service-Based Entrepreneurs, and Solo Practitioners.
 
My motto is: Think it! Create it! Helping women bridge the gap between their desires and their results.
 
Some background on me and how I came to be where I am today:
 
I was born with a cosmopolitan heart in a small town and that has set the tone for my life. *smile* It seems like I was always searching for that perfect place to live and the perfect place to work. I have lived in California, Michigan, and New Mexico. My husband and I moved back to Michigan in 1997, but look forward to the day when we can move back to New Mexico which is our ‘home away from home’ and is that perfect place for us!

I have worked at more jobs than my resume could safely hold! LOL I have 25+ years of experience working in, and with, entrepreneurs (both online and offline). When my work situation changed (once again!) in 2001, I decided it was time to take my life in a new direction. I enrolled at Davenport University to complete my bachelor’s degree (which I had been working on intermittently for 10 years), and I graduated with a B.S. in Management. With my degree in hand, I was more than ready to do something new, and I decided to open Virtual Partnering and realize my dream of owning my own business.

Working with women who wish to express their independence through entrepreneurship is a real passion of mine. I’m a big believer in Think it! Create it! I love to help women discover their version of a successful business (the Think it! part), and then help them put steps in place to create their vision (the Create it! part).

By combining my business skills and experience with my coaching skills, I am able to offer my clients a unique perspective to help them achieve their business goals.
