I manage a web magazine www.StrategyAlignmentInstitute.com (It is not quite up yet). My passion is river rafting and teaching Leadership/Team Development on the river. I have developed the Leadership model “Genesis of Leadership”. I am married with 5 adult children, horses, cats, dogs, wilk turkeys and peacocks.
