My journey through life has involved many paths which include a Senior Human Resources role in the Corporate world for ten years. For the past 30 I have been a psychotherapist and then in 2006 after a two year training, I was ordained as an Interaith Minister. Everything I offer is underpinned by a deep spirituality that is not aligned with any particular religion. The core tenet of Interfaith is “One Truth; Many Ways” which is what speaks to my heart. I am also author of two published books, a speaker, broadcaster, life mastery mentor and Laughter Yoga teacher.
