    I just heard about a site (http://www.ziprecruiter.com) that is a springboard, so to speak, for getting a “help wanted” ad posted on many other sites.Have you used this or ever heard of this?

    I haven’t. I’d prefer to know where my help wanted ads are going.

    I use a local service, jobsinme.com, when we have had openings and it’s worked fine.

    I prefer using the smaller sites first, where you can often get better deals and more attention.

    If they’re posting to lots of other sites on your behalf, I wonder if it costs extra for all those, or what the value of those links would be.
