Hi, what is your reading list for 2012? Do you have any good interesting books to recommend us to read – in the category of small business and social media etc?

I have started a Pinterest list of the best social media books. There are a few there now but I will be adding plenty more over time. Might be handy to bookmark.

@annliu I know it’s been out awhile, but Guy Kawasaki’s Enchantment offers good ideas that work in traditional marketing as well as social media.

@annliu @kerisilk I have read all the ones in the list – I am not going to put any up until I have read it and recommend it.
As for a recommendation, I loved all of them, but it comes down to what you want.
If you are just starting out I would recommend Unmarketing, as it is easy to read, has some great stuff in it and is even funny.
If you want to know more about how to create and use content then definitely Content Rules. That book has helped me a lot.
@joanmuschampfagnani I haven’t read Enchantment yet. I should give it a read.

My list includes some of the books I purchased in 2011:
1. Content Rules – CC Chapman
2. No @#4 Social Media – Jason Falls
3. UnMarketing – Scott Stratten
I also want to read the new Chris Brogan book on Goggle+ for Business.
