Anyone have any informaton or case studies about Yelp filtering reviews?

@dongrandy This is from my personal experience and my experience with clients.
If your profile is not filled out  – yelp will filter your review
You can get your review moved to the filtered area if the business has answered your review and you answer the business answer. (this was a negative review to start with, the business bent over backward to make these people happy and they still weren’t happy and were very vocal about their unhappiness. Yelp filtered their review.)
The reviews you give are all 5 stars – yelp may filter your review.

Here’s my experience with Yelp filtering reviews.

Yelp will filter a review if the reviewers profile isn’t filled out.
Yelp will filter a review if all the reviews the reviewer writes are 5 stars.
Yelp will “hide” a bad review if the business owner has answered the initial review and offered to make the bad experience right and the reviewer answers the business owners reply with another nasty comment.
