Writing a book on growing profit, delighting customers & inspiring employee (2 posts)

  • Do you have any stories about small businesses that have grown their profit while they also improve their customers’ experience and improve their relationships with their employees?  If so, I’d love to hear them and possibly include those stories in the book.

  • @carolwain As a freelance artist I have discovered that looking at every piece of work as being produced for the Glory of God as returning the best results. I have accepted as a motto that customer satisfaction is the best form of advertising. Please them and they send you both friends and family.
