    Is there a small business in your area that is just nailing it when it comes to social media? Who are they, what industry are they in and what are they doing that’s working well?

    Two immediately come to mind, although I’m sure there’s more:

    Heather DeSimone of Beadin’ Path has done an amazing job on Twitter building a following at @beadinpath.

    Chantal Young of Shop Chantal has a great fashion blog that has greatly increased sales at her online shop.

    Who else has someone they think is just hitting it out of the park?
