9 months, 1 week ago: In an article I was reading today called Google+ Has Been Abandoned, they included an interesting infographic about how often stories are shared on the “big four” social media platforms.
(Sorry, Pinterest wasn’t included.)
For every 100m users, here was the average number of people on the network likely to share a story:
- Twitter: 197.3
- Facebook: 41.8
- LinkedIn: 15.2
- G+: 6.0
I’m not sure that this is going to change my immediate social activity, but do you find any of these numbers surprising?
Will it get you to pay more attention to Twitter? Less to LI or G+?
