Which is the best Social Media Management Platform for small Online Agency (11 posts)

  • Hi,

We are a small Online Marketing Agency, and growing rapidly. The management process is vital to keep things in order and be time effective. We are using Tools like Hootsuite North Social, Social Oomph. But I would like to know what are agencies using as a full management solution, where you manage, track and provide analytics for Multiple Facebook or Twitter account

There platforms like Wildfire, HubSpot, Involver, confused as some are mot cheap.

Any help or advise from an existing agency would very welcomed.

Sproutsocial.com is a good alternative with a lot of great features including branded reports for $59 a month.  They have less expensive plans but don’t have the branded reporting.  Worth checking out.

  • What is your budget? What are your goal? Are you managing clients accounts, or your own account? All these questions are important to be able to say which is best. I know this is not much help, but if you answers these, then the club can answer this better.  There are many reviews here on all the platform that you have mentioned, And if you havn’t had a chance yet, i strongly encourage you to read maybe read through some of the previous threads. @saboohikhan

  • Hi Guys,

Thank you for help appreciate the support, Jason @jasonwiser I will read through the links, thank you.
Budget wise we have a reasonable budget not the the thousands, and yes we do manage clients accounts. Thats is the main reason for investing in a good platform. Nichole @iamconsulting thank you for the tip on SproutSocial.com  I hadn’t heard of that one.

I will let you know how I get on, may be helpful to someones else asking the same question.

  • I have an issue with every single one I’ve tried.  Can anyone recommend a social media management platform with the following:

-On Facebook, allows you to schedule publishing of an album in the future

-Allows you to type more than 140 characters in your post

This shouldn’t be so difficult to find!

  • @Juliacasey – I don’t believe the Google API allows the average user to post anywhere but to Google itself.  Hootsuite has an enterprise user option that is testing posting to Google+ but it is out of an most individual users price range.

Hootsuite allows more than 140 characters if you are posting to a Facebook page, but you must remember that it will truncate if connected to Twitter.

I haven’t found an album option yet either.  Scheduling an album post could be difficult to include individual captions for each photo.  We used to have the ability to post the pictures and not share to the wall, but I cannot currently find that option.

  • Are you getting the information you need? Looks like there are some great answers. @saboohikhan

  • @deairby Thanks for the message, getting there. realizing that you either have a marketing Platform or then a Management Platform.
We are looking for a Management Platform for all our client social profiles and engagement stats.
So would still like to hear from an agency that recommends a platform they are using.

  • Hi Guys…

I am still on my quest for the perfect platform partner, I think I may have a good answer.
Looking at Buddy Media, going to request a live demo. I would be interested to know if anyone has used them. They seem to combine all the apps and the management as well as analytics.
