1 year, 4 months ago: @roryramsden Rory, I may not be answering exactly what you’re asking for; however, I have used SalesLogix and now ClearVantage. To me, SalesLogix was a bit unwieldly. ClearVantage seems fairly easy to use for looking up members and pulling lists. The system also has the capability of allowing sales from our website. Oh, and I used SugarCRM briefly while working for a newspaper.
If you’re speaking more to social CRM, you might check out Adam Metz’s The Social Customer. The book is peppered with CRM examples of all sizes. He mentions Buzzient, Jive and Salesforce.
