  • Are link wheels dead? do you use them? do they help… hurt… or otherwise?

Further, if you’re using you’re own little network, how do your social media property profiles look/read & how often do you go in to make a post… create a discussion… get involved with the conversations?

Basically comes down to the potential of having a couple hundred, inter-related web properties pointing back to your website in some manner & am wondering if it’s worth the hassle; do they work? Traffic, possibly but do they get recognized as a quality link(s) back to your site? Do they even help?

  • Hi Chris.

No, Link wheels are not dead if you truly know how to build a network. Not the spammy kind but real links from quality websites. You can’t go around linking just to get links. They do work but it takes a lot of work to make them work.

Notice all the use of “work” in the previous paragraph?  That’s what it takes. The know how, takes longer, with work, to learn.

    ;D

  • @E N Brown… so they’ve shown promise & based on your experiences, what was the impact?
