    What is your small business resolution for the next year? Is it to do something differently? Is it quantifiable?

    I’m resolving to pay closer attention to the numbers, which has been my personal Achille’s Heel for as long as I’ve owned my business.

    I certainly hope it’s quantifiable!

    My resolution is to start podcasting for my business. I want to extend my reach and start using other channels to share my expertise and content.

    @rich-brooks, good goal. I resolve to not get sidetracked and put in the time I need to make my business work. That means written plans and realistic goals, even though I am a solo shop.  @mutunga, good idea trying another channel- let me know how that works for you.

    The goal for my business is to have a better sales and lead nurturing process. We generate a good amount of leads from our blog, but we didn’t quite handle the inbound leads correctly in 2011. Therefore, we are investing in technology, content production, and sales training in 2012. Wish me luck :)
