Of course, the right answer is “the one your customers and prospects are on.” Although I like @jordanrunsit‘s answer of Twitter (love the Twitter!) only a small fraction of people use the platform, so it wouldn’t be my “go-to” platform.
Personally, I have found that blogging is our best social media platform, as it increases on online visibility both through search and social, and all of our prospects can access it.
I’d be curious to see what others feel.
