I love setting new year’s resolutions but I sometimes find these are about things I could do better.
What’s the 1 thing you did well in 2011 that you want to keep up in 2012?

Perseverance would be the one thing I did well, though I think right behind that was Listening/Reflecting on the counsel of how I operate.
I read how Steve Jobs placed more emphasis on being successful than being right – and I’ve tried to do the same this year.

I guess mine is almost same with @carolinechen-whatley This year I was able to start my own business even if its just little by little. And next year I’m planning to focus more on it.

Two things stand out for me. Finished my business plan and read a great book, Start With Why, Author, Simon Sinek.

Finishing a business plan is a big deal, well done @dongrandy! I’ll have to check out the book. @valeriejoydeveza congrats on your business as well, and @mikesansone someone early on gave me excellent advice “if you’re the one doing all the talking, you only learn what you already know.” So good job as well! Excellent lessons.
