11 months, 1 week ago: @annfurnivall , I think there is something very true in this. My company is still young and I don’t have too many customers yet, but what I noticed is: happy customers start recommending you further, even if you only work together for a short period of time.
One of my customers has not even seen my work yet and already looks out for new opportunities for my business and she tells her friends and business partners about me. I take the time to listen, every day of the week, even early in the morning and during the evenings. To be there when your customer needs you is a very important thing, I think.
