    Hi,

    I looking for advice on what contracts SMM companies are using to sign up new accounts. I imagine it would include a Confidentiality Agreement, Scope of Work, and Master Contract Agreement w/pricing and payment terms.

    Do you have anything you could recommend for me to use. I don’t want to get stuck not having the proper documentation when signing up a new client.

    We have a simple agreement that spells out the scope of the project and payment terms.

    I’m sure you could Google “social media contract template” and find a place to start from.

    I did the search and did come up with a template for the contracts. I don’t know why I didn’t think of it myself. Glad to be a part of Social Media Examiner.
